Commercial Cleaning Services in Calgary

Insured, WCB-covered crews already working commercial construction sites, now on your maintenance schedule.

We already clean commercial buildings in Calgary at their dirtiest, at handover, after a tenant fit-out, with a site super checking the work and a certificate of insurance on file before anyone gets a key. Commercial cleaning is the same crews on a recurring schedule instead of a one-time handover, and it clears the same compliance bar from day one.

We service offices, retail units, clinics and dental practices, restaurants, warehouses, shops and multi-tenant common areas across Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Strathmore. Work is scheduled after hours or overnight by default so nothing interrupts your operation, with keyholding, alarm codes and access protocols handled the way commercial property managers expect.

Choosing a schedule that matches the traffic

The most common mistake in commercial cleaning is buying a schedule that does not match how the space is actually used. A twelve-person professional office and a walk-in clinic with a hundred visitors a day both look like offices on a floor plan, but they soil at completely different rates. Getting the frequency right is usually a bigger lever on both cost and result than the hourly rate you negotiate.

As a rough guide: high-traffic public-facing space, clinics, retail, restaurants and busy reception areas, generally needs nightly or five-day service, because washrooms and entrances are on public display and degrade within a single day. Standard professional offices are usually well served by two or three visits a week, with washrooms and kitchens the constraint rather than desks. Low-density space such as warehouses, shops and back-of-house areas often works on weekly service with a heavier periodic cycle.

We would rather scope you correctly than oversell frequency. If a weekly visit plus a quarterly deep cycle keeps your space where it needs to be, that is what we will quote, and we will say so during the walkthrough.

Compliance, insurance and site access

Commercial work carries requirements that residential work does not, and a cleaning company that cannot meet them costs you time. We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage and can issue certificates directly to your property manager or landlord, which is routine for us because commercial construction sites will not let a crew through the door without one.

Our crews are used to site protocols: sign-in procedures, PPE requirements, alarm arming and disarming, keyholding and fob management, restricted-area rules and after-hours building access. In medical, dental and food-service settings we work to the sanitisation standards and product requirements those environments require, and we will confirm those in writing at scoping rather than assume.

Documentation is part of the service, not an extra. You get a written scope, a defined visit checklist and a named contact. For multi-site or property-management accounts we report by site so you can see what was done where, instead of reconciling one invoice against a vague description.

Tenant improvements, fit-outs and turnover

Commercial space changes hands, and the cleaning between tenancies is a different job from the maintenance schedule. When a tenant vacates, the space usually needs a full reset: adhesive and signage residue off glass and walls, carpet extraction or hard-floor restoration, washroom deep sanitisation, and removal of everything the outgoing tenant left behind.

When a fit-out or tenant improvement is finished, the space needs a construction clean rather than a janitorial visit, which is our original trade. Fine drywall dust, sticker and film removal from new glass and fixtures, debris clearance and a final detail pass against the general contractor's checklist. That work is scoped on our commercial construction cleaning page.

For landlords and property managers, running both through one contractor is the practical advantage. The company doing your recurring janitorial already knows the building, already has access, and can pick up the turnover clean without a fresh procurement cycle or a new certificate of insurance on file.

How it works

01

Site walkthrough

We walk the space, measure the areas, note surface types and confirm access, security and after-hours requirements.

02

Written scope & schedule

You get a defined task list per visit and a frequency matched to your traffic, plus a periodic deep-work cycle.

03

Onboard the crew

Keys, fobs, alarm codes and site protocols are set up, and certificates go to your property manager before the first visit.

04

Service & review

Crews work the checklist on schedule. We review the account after the first month and adjust frequency or scope.

Ideal for

  • Offices and professional suites
  • Retail units and showrooms
  • Clinics, dental and medical offices
  • Restaurants and food service
  • Warehouses, shops and multi-tenant common areas

What it costs

Commercial cleaning is quoted per site after a walkthrough, based on area, surface types, traffic and frequency, then held as a fixed monthly figure. Periodic deep work is quoted separately so your recurring cost stays predictable. Multi-site accounts are priced together.

Questions about commercial cleaning

Do you clean after business hours?

Yes, and it is our default. Most commercial accounts are serviced in the evening or overnight so nothing interrupts your operation. Daytime service is available where a site requires supervised access.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance to our landlord?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage and issue certificates directly to property managers or landlords. This is routine, commercial construction sites require it before a crew is allowed on site.

Do you supply consumables like paper and soap?

Yes, if you want us to. We can restock washroom and kitchen consumables to an agreed par level and bill them through, or work purely on labour if you prefer to buy your own.

How do you handle keys, alarms and building access?

Through a documented keyholding and access protocol agreed at onboarding, covering fobs, alarm codes, sign-in requirements and restricted areas. Named crew members are assigned to a site rather than rotated freely.

Can you also clean after our tenant improvement work?

Yes. Post-construction and fit-out cleaning is our original trade, so we can handle both the one-time construction clean and the ongoing janitorial that follows it under one contract.
